We would like to provide the following update regarding COVID-19 at Barossa Park Lodge.
Pleasingly, we no longer have any residents in isolation for COVID-19.
Thus, the Aged Care Emergency Operations Centre has sent through a stand down notification effective from tomorrow (Friday 1 July 2022).
We would like to thank everyone for their commitment and patience. Our priority as always continues to be ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our OneCare residents and community.
Happily, we can now transition back to the revised precautionary and standard protocols that come into effect on Friday, 1 July:
- All staff and visitors will continue to wear surgical masks on site.
- Staff and visitors are no longer required to undergo a Rapid Antigen Test but please stay home if you feel unwell or have symptoms.
- Visitors will still be required to sign in via the kiosks at Reception.
- Visiting hours will remain as is for this week, with a review early next week.
We will maintain regular contact with our residents’ families to update them about their loved one’s health as normal.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the team on 6208-0800.
